LALIZAS Branches Synergy Summit 2023 was one for the books

The beginning of November has been very dynamic for #theLalizasforce, since more than 70 colleagues from all over the world came together on Aegina island on the occasion of the LALIZAS Branches Synergy Summit 2023.

The Synergy Summit lasted for a whole week, starting with a Welcome Reception under the magnificent sunset of Aegina, and continued with a number of key presentations and workshops.

Throughout the Summit, LALIZAS’ dedicated teams from various branches came together, fostering a spirit of unity and shared purpose.

Fruitful dialogues, exchange of views on critical issues, interactive seminars and much more took place in a vivid atmosphere.

This time, #theLalizasforce was fortunate enough to proudly award 2 Branches of the Year that went above and beyond during 2022, working very hard and achieving excellent performance!

Apart from the above awards, they had the pleasure to reward LALIZAS MARINE RSA for its highest operational efficiency.

Additionally, Philip Kleinot received an award of recognition for his 30 years of successful cooperation as part of #theLalizasforce, as well as for his valuable contribution to the development of Alexander/Ryan Marine & Safety, since the company’s integration during 2018.

One of the highlights of this week was definitely the experiential Key Note Speech by DOOR Training & Consulting and Mr. Daskos about “Accountability for Results”.
